The Rashmi Group of companies have set up two railway sidings. One of the sidings is in Barbil which is called the hub/centre of iron ore and other one is at Gokulpur, at our mini blast furnace plant. The private siding at Barbil is in operational since August 2006 with one loading line and one engine escape line. The siding is provided with a weighbridge. The loading platform is 20 m wide which can accommodate stacking of Iron as well as fully mechanized loading to the wagons.

The siding at Gokulpur is provided with two loading/ unloading lines with one engine escape line. Three loading / unloading platforms have been provided suitable for fully mechanized loading / unloading facilities.
